50% Hojicha Milk Chocolate-covered Caramelized Hazelnuts

The high quality hazelnuts are first coated with caramelized sugar to makes it sweet and crunchy. We then coated the caramelized hazelnuts with our Hojicha milk chocolate. Finally they were dusted with the Hojicha powder to enrich the flavour.
